Every Phase I Environmental Site Assessment we deliver in the United States conforms to ASTM E1527-21 and the EPA All Appropriate Inquiries rule (40 CFR Part 312). Every Canadian Phase I conforms to CSA Z768-01.
What we promise
- If your lender, attorney or reviewer identifies a way the report does not conform to the applicable standard, tell us. We will correct and reissue it at no charge.
- If we cannot bring the report into conformance, we refund 100% of the fee you paid for it.
- If you cancel before the site visit, we refund your payment minus any third-party record costs already incurred.
What the guarantee does not cover
- Lender requirements that go beyond the ASTM or CSA standard and were not provided when you ordered (we're happy to add them, at cost).
- Findings themselves. We report what the records and site show; the guarantee covers conformance with the standard, not the outcome.
