Special pricing for volume clients

Accepted by every lender
Breeze Phase I reports are accepted by all banks and lending institutions, from national banks and SBA lenders to credit unions, CMBS lenders and private lenders.
Why lenders switch to Breeze
Most environmental firms are regional. When a borrower's property is in a new market, your team has to find, vet and onboard another consultant. Breeze covers every state with one scope, one format and one flat price, and sends a local field professional to every site, so you get consistent reports without giving up local knowledge.
Borrower-paid ordering
We can set up a dedicated order page for your institution. Your borrowers order and pay online in two minutes, and the report is delivered to both of you, with reliance to your institution.
Brokers
CRE brokers refer clients to Breeze because the price is published, the timeline is predictable, and their client hears from us within one business day. Ask about our broker referral program.
Trusted by top banks, brands and development companies

If your report doesn't meet ASTM, you don't pay for it.
Every Phase I we deliver conforms to ASTM E1527-21 and EPA All Appropriate Inquiries (40 CFR Part 312). If a lender or reviewer shows that our report falls short of the standard, we correct it at no cost. If we can't, we refund your fee in full.
Ready when your deal is.
Order online now, or talk to an environmental professional first. Either way, we start within one business day.
